William M. Hillner, Ph.D.
Doctor Hillner is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in both Tennessee and Georgia. Since 1973, he has provided mental health services for infants, children, teens, and adults. For over 10 years, Dr. Hillner was the director of Child & Adolescent Services at the Chattanooga Psychiatric Clinic. From there, he went on to become the Director of Behavioral Pediatrics at Erlanger’s Children’s Hospital. He also served as an instructor of graduate programs in psychology at both Eastern Illinois University and for the University of Tennessee Medical School.
Since 1985, Dr. Hillner has been in private practice, offering numerous psychiatric services:
Providing a variety of testing and evaluation services

Specializing in neuropsychology.

Evaluating those with learning disabilities, dyslexia and ADHD.

Evaluating individuals with anxiety, depression, Mood Disorders, impulse control problems and other areas.
Marital therapy

Certified in Imago Relationship Therapy and has completed training utilizing the Gottman model.
To address trauma, Dr. Hiller is a Level II EMDR clinician, and also provides Critical Incident Debriefing.
He utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, specifically Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.
He is recognized as an impartial expert in custody and family evaluations, and also provides services to address Parent Coordination and co-parenting.
Dr. Hillner can provide a bill which can be submitted to your insurance company.

The charge for copies is $20 for the first five pages and 50 cents for each additional page.
